Marmalade’s Restaurant has a friendly and warm atmosphere created by Basil, our Restaurant Manager, and his team.
No matter what you are in the mood for, you’ll find something to tempt you on our "Taste of Yorkshire" menu which comprises modern English cuisine, using Scarborough produce and the finest ingredients from around our County.
We cook with passion and care to produce a menu of seasonal dishes, which is why Marmalade’s Restaurant has been awarded an AA Rosette.
Basil our Maitre d’Hotel will recommend his wide selection of Wines from around the world to accompany your meal finishing with perhaps a glass of Sauternes or a fine Cognac .
